Shenzhen Chuangxinjia Smart Card Co., Ltd. Established in 1999, Shenzhen Chuangxinjia Smart Card Co., Ltd. is specialized in the designing, researching, manufacturing and selling of PVC cards and smart cards. In 2008, we began to do RFID antennas, chip sealing and the designing and researching of the relative products. In July, 2009, Chuangxinjia RFID Tag (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. was founded. In June,2010,Chuangxinjia RFID tag(Shenzhen) Co.,Ltd. was founded, which is engaged in the researching and manufacturing of RFID tag antennas, RFID tag inlays and RFID tags. Firstly, we have strong production capacity We own three production lines. For PVC cards, the monthly output is 40 million pieces; for smart cards, the monthly output is 5.5 million pieces; for RFID antenna, the monthly output is 30 million pieces, for RFID tag inlays, the monthly output is 5 million pieces. Secondly, we have modernized production facilities 1. In the department of RFID tag: 3 pieces compounding machines,4 pieces roll to roll printing machines,5 pieces machines for erosion and engraving,3 pieces cleaning machines,12 sets equipments for detecting and researching,2 pieces production lines for reversed-assembling machines. 2. In the card-making department: 2 pieces brand-new four-color offset printing machines with brand Heidelberg and made in Germany,2 pieces German two-color offset printing machines and 1 pc one-color printing machine. 3. Five pieces full automatic 6-color screen printing machines and 4-color screen printing machines. 4. Five pieces automatic die-cutting machines (HX-60C), take in the advantages of foreign equipment, adopts computer controlling and oil-container punch according to small card-making factory. 5. Thirteen pieces laminating machines (YCY-215), design as the small factory, adopts computer controlling and can do layer-cleaning, increasing pressure and temperature 6. Eight pieces Type (1) HX-40DT and Type (2) HX-40T high speed hot foil coders which absorb advantages of the same foreign apparatus, adopts computer control and integrates full-automatic oil lacking hydraulic pressure piled card, high speed embossing, and hot stamping in a whole. 7. We have three high-speed MP65138LINX6200 -type continuous black code gushing out machines. 8. Five HZ200B full-automatic hot stamping machines, designed according to medium and small-scaled factory`s characteristics, produce products with perfect quality. Thirdly, we mainly have four subordinate departments: 1. Production department: A six hundred and eighty people team including designers, technologists, skilled workers, and other staffs. In Shenzhen head office there are four hundred and twenty people. 2. Marketing department: With a large-scale show room, one hundred and thirty professional staffs, including seventy nine export staffs, we introduce most exquisite and economic products to customers, produce products according to different requirements, and present the corporate image ideally. 3. Export department: Pursue design and developing new products. Our customers are from countries over six continents. 4. New product development department: With advanced computer design, we have developed all kinds of products, also designing and making moulds according to different specs and requests of customers.
